I can not live without this footwear. Having Lymphedema, footwear comfort it vital, and these tick every box. They are comfortable at every stage throughout my daily swelling, so easy to adjust up and down to accommodate the variation in the swelling. Also due to the weeping of my legs, days when it is just way too hot to wear compression hosiery, they absorb without giving anything away which gives me confidence which I do not get wearing the plain version. I have washed them many times and they are very forgiving. I do have to replace them frequently, so the cost to me is great, I do have to look out for offers.

I took advantage of a discount to buy these canvas sandals so it added extra value for money. Tough sturdy sole, perfect to wear indoors and outdoors. Excellent fit due to the two straps with Velcro which make it easy to accommodate the swelling of my feet. The white insoles feel as if you're walking on a super soft towel, but the feeling doesn't last. By the way, when the insoles get dirty, avoid washing machine. Best is to wash them by hand with Vanish soap & a soft brush, keeping them flat.
I'd buy another pair next year, hoping the blue jeans canvas Cora will still be available. Lovely if they also came back with tiny flowery pattern on black, dark brown or navy background!...

Dear Sirs, This pair of shoes was for my mother who is now 101 and a half years of age. We have tried two other pairs of shoes over the past two months and returned both. The challenge is that her feet are size 4 in length but even the 8E fitting pinches her foot. This is particular so on one foot which suffers from corns that are under pressure even with the widest fitting. We tried a larger shoe size and though that provides comfort across the width there is excessive free space in the heel. I got her these open shoes as a last resort and am delighted to say that they provide sufficient freedom to adjust to her odd sized feet. Well done. My only comment is that the straps should be one to two inches longer as only half the Velcro strap is connected when attached. Very many thanks for continuing to produce wider fit shoes.

Following recent fairly major foot surgery I was advised by the surgeon to try wearing canvas sandals with velcro fastenings straps so I could adjust the width as the swelling went down (he estimated it would take six months or so). Hence my order for these shoes, although I have had several pairs of Wider Fit Shoes in the past so I knew I could return them if there was a problem with sizing. They were comfortable, however, from the moment I put them on and I'm delighted with them. I'd recommend these canvas sandals to anyone with either wide feet or other foot problems.

I first chose a size bigger because of my foot problem, they were too long, I returned them and got my proper size. I found them to be a true size and fitting as described. The sock does not come out so I was not able to fit my orthototic's into them. I wore them around the pool on holiday so it did'nt matter to much. They are the best supportive canvas shoe that I have ever worn.

I bought this shoe for my daughter whose feet are extremely wide and also tend to swell in the heat. The velcro fastening enables the shoe to be easily adjusted to fit as the swelling increases or decreases. Overall the softness of the shoe and the open toes makes it extremely suitable for summer wear.
