Website Login

1. Click the person icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on the Sign In/Register link. On some Mobile devices when tapping on the Account icon above you will be taken straight to step 3 below.

3. If you have an account with us then please enter your email address and your password. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

Top Tip: To ensure that you are entering your correct password then please click on the Show Password box as shown below.

4. Please note: Our new website went live on November 28th, 2023. If you had an existing password with us on our old website, then you will need to reset your password as we have not saved any passwords from the old website. Please move to the next section below.

If you have typed in an incorrect email address or password, you will receive the following error message.

Please try again. If this persists then please email enquiry@widerfitshoes.co.uk.

Please note: If your browser previously saved your password for this website, please ensure that you have clicked on the Show Password box to ensure that the password is correct.

If you need to reset your password because you had an account on the old website prior to November 28th, 2023, or you have forgotten your password then please click on the Reset Password link as shown below.

On the following screen please enter your email address. Please ensure that this is a valid email address. Then click on the Rest My Password button.

If you have entered a valid email address, then you will be sent an email within instructions on how to reset your email address.

Please note: Please make sure that you check your junk or spam folder within your email account as sometimes emails from DB Wider Fit Shoes are sent there.

If you do not receive an email, then please email enquiry@widerfitshoes.co.uk.

Once you have received your email then please click on the Set New Password button as shown below.

You will then be taken back to the website where you will need to add in the password in both boxes. Please ensure that they are the same by clicking on the Show Password box as demonstrated below. We advise you to enter a password that consists of a mix of letters, numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters. The strength of the password will be indicated as per the below image.

Please note: Your browser may have saved a previous password for this website if you have used it before. You will need to save the password in your browser for it to be used when you log in.

Once you’ve had completed these steps to reset your password you can log in as normal.

If you do not have an account with DB Wider Fit Shoes, then please follow these steps.

Please note: Having an account for placing an order is not necessary, however, with an account your will be able to see your order history for orders placed with DB Wider Fit Shoes both via the website and by telephone. You will also be able to save any delivery addresses that you have.

1. Click the person icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on the Sign In/Register link. On some Mobile devices when tapping on the Account icon above you will be taken straight to step 3 below.

3. On the Log In page please scroll down to the Create an Account section. Click on the Create an Account button.

4. Please enter the following details.
- Title
- First Name. This is required.
- Last Name. This is required.
- Indicate whether you want to sign up to receive our newsletter. This is optional.
- Your date of birth so that we can sent you our birthday wishes. This is optional.
- Your correct email address. Please be very careful in checking that you’ve entered your email address correctly as we do see a lot of customers enter an incorrect email address especially on mobile phones. We know how tricky it can be.
- Your required password. You will need to enter this twice.

Then click on the Create Account button. If you have entered the correct details, then you will be taken to your Account section.
