1. The width & depth you need. Our shoes are made on specialist lasts exclusively developed by us to give the width & depth your feet really need.

2. The right support and spread for your feet. We develop extra-wide sole moulds that are unique to us - these give your feet the wide tread width needed for your feet to spread naturally.

3. Fittings and styles for every wide and deep foot.
We stock up to 7 width fittings and over 400 styles & designs. Each style is manufactured in a range of sizes, fittings and colours - up to 12 sizes & 4 widths per style! We hold over 90,000 pairs in stock, so you get the perfect fit for your feet.

4. Quality Materials.
We spend a lot of our time meeting specialist producers across the globe to source only the highest quality materials for our shoes. This means that our shoes perform well and we pay a fair price for our product - just check out these reviews to see how satisfied our customers are!

5. Wider Shoes = More Material! Making genuinely wide & deep fitting shoes uses up to 50% more material, which adds to our manufacturing cost.

6. Specialist features not found on the high street. We include special features such as removable insoles, extended straps/strap extensions, elasticated straps, seam free toe boxes, stretch panels - these all add to the cost but help make the shoe fit perfectly to your feet.

7. Suffer from foot-health issues? We have you covered. By offering shoes with seam free toe boxes and a choice of fittings we help people with diabetes find the perfect fit for their feet. Many styles come with extended straps and adjustability built into them to help with swollen feet. Most of our shoes have removable insocks to allow for your own specialist orthotic devices to be inserted. Many styles have "stretch" panels which gently mould round bunions and hammer toes to give a more comfortable fit.

Not only do our customer services team offer great advice to help you get the perfect fit, but we offer a free UK returns service, which means that, if you buy a pair of shoes from us and they don't fit - for whatever reason - you can return them to us (unworn except for trying on a surface that does not mark the shoes) using the FREE returns label in the box to exchange for another style or fitting. Call our customer services team, explain the problem and we will be able to suggest styles with alternative features that will ensure a comfortable fit for your feet.
