We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order with us. If you prefer, rather than placing an order on line, you may ring us on 01933 311077 to discuss your requirements or to place your order with us.Please note that our office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. We are closed between Christmas and the New Year. Details will be posted online closer to the time.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order with us before products are delivered or within 14 working days of receiving the products, provided they are unworn (except for initial fitting) and are unmarked. Whilst determining whether the shoes are suitable for your needs you have a duty of care to keep the shoes in an unworn, saleable condition. Wearing your shoes during this period (except for initial fitting) means that you are accepting that the shoes are suitable for you. The shoes cannot then be returned. Please note that cancellation of your order must be given to us in writing by letter or email and must be sent within 14 working days from receiving the product.Returning goods with our returns form supplied with your order, without the written notice of cancellation above will not be deemed a cancellation of contract and delivery costs will not be refunded.
This service is only available for collection from our Head Office at Irchester Road, Rushden, NN10 9XF. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 48 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, then it won't be ready to collect until the Tuesday at the earliest.Please note: if you place a collection order and then require your order to be delivered instead to an address of your choice then we will require payment of delivery before the order is despatched.
Sometimes Royal Mail and our other couriers are delayed, and you might not receive you order as per our conditions. If this is the case then firstly, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. In the meantime, please check with your local Post Office as delivery may have been attempted and they do not always leave a card.Once 7 days have passed then please contact our customer services team on 01933 311077 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm) or email email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
If we have sent you the wrong item then we apologise for the mistake. Please complete the returns form provided with your order and send the goods back via the Post Office using the Free returns label supplied with your order. We will then send out the correct item to you.
If we have sent you the faulty or damaged goods then please complete the returns form supplied with your order and send the goods back via the Post Office using the Free returns label provided with your order. Once inspected we will then send out a replacement item to you. We advise that you take photos of the fault or damage in case our Customer Service Team need to contact you.
We stock shoes in Variable fittings V, 2V and 6V. The V fitting covers an equivalent E-3E fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between E-3E (EEE). The 2V fitting covers an equivalent EE-4E fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between EE-4E (EEEE). The 6V fitting covers an equivalent 6E (EEEEEE) -8E (EEEEEEEE) fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between 6E-8E. As our feet are not exactly the same the variable fitting nature of our shoes ensures the “perfect fit” for both your feet. For further information please see our Fitting Advice Page.

If you are not happy with your shoes when they arrive, provided they have only been tried on a surface for initial fit and are unmarked, we will refund the full cost of the shoe. We are unable to refund the postage and packing charges. For further details please see our Delivery & Returns page.If a shoe develops a manufacturing fault in wear we will replace the shoe (if still available), replace with an alternative shoe to your liking, or refund your money. We will also refund the cost of returning the shoe to us if posted within the United Kingdom.
Return shipping costs from outside of the UK and the risk of loss of all products are your responsibility until received by us. If you return an item from outside of the UK return shipping costs from outside the United Kingdom will not be reimbursed. Return duties and fees must be paid for by yourself and will not be reimbursed by us. Failure to pay the return duties and fees at the point of collection with the courier will mean that we will refuse delivery.If you cancel your order in the circumstances set out above, we will refund the price of the Product (but not the initial postage and packaging costs) after any Products, which have been delivered to you, are returned to us. Finding your size and fitting is not always easy when ordering footwear online or by mail-order.We offer a free return service (UK only) via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe no matter how long it takes with no further postage costs to yourself, provided that the shoes being returned are unworn (except for initial fitting) and are unmarked.Unfortunately we are unable to replace shoes or refund your money if the shoes have been worn outside or have been worn inside for any period of time.Please note that if you decide to return shoes via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred.
