If you have mislaid your label, then please print off another one here. If using our free returns service customers must obtain proof of posting, failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the Product if they are not delivered to us.

Please locate your product using our search box or going through the navigation menu. Select your colour, width fitting and size and Add to Basket. Go to the Checkout and enter your shipping requirements and payment method.

No, you can place the order as a Guest each time you order from us, however, this would involve you adding in your details each time.

You can place an order with us by checking out as a Guest, however, by creating an account you will be able to:
- checkout faster in the future as your delivery details will be stored,
- you will be able to track the status of your orders and,
- you will be able to see what you've ordered previously

There are times when you may purchase a shoe that is currently out of stock. In these instances we will still take payment for the shoe(s) at the time you place the order.

If you pay by cheque we will also have to cash the full amount of the cheque as we cannot part cash cheques.

If it is going to take us longer than one month from placing of the order to delivery of your shoes we endeavour to notify you to discuss the matter with you.

Press either click on the "VAT Exempt Icon" in the product page or "Your Basket Contains VAT Exempt Items" link in the basket. Please note that VAT relief is only available on our 6E, 6V, and 8E fitting shoes provided you meet the VAT office criteria.

VAT relief is not available on any of our other fittings, even if you qualify, as the VAT office has ruled that these fittings do not qualify for VAT relief. View the VAT Exemption page for further information.

Yes, DB wider fitting shoes are available through good independent retailers. Please locate you nearest retailer through our Find A Retailer Page. Please ring to discuss your requirements with the retailer beforehand to ensure that the retailer can look after your needs.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order with us before products are delivered or within 14 working days of receiving the products, provided they are unworn (except for initial fitting) and are unmarked. Whilst determining whether the shoes are suitable for your needs you have a duty of care to keep the shoes in an unworn, saleable condition. Wearing your shoes during this period (except for initial fitting) means that you are accepting that the shoes are suitable for you. The shoes cannot then be returned. Please note that cancellation of your order must be given to us in writing by letter or email and must be sent within 14 working days from receiving the product.

Returning goods with our returns form without the written notice of cancellation above will not be deemed a cancellation of contract and delivery costs will not be refunded.

Our delivery charges are shown on the web site at the placing of the order. The charges currently start from £6.00 per order for deliveries within the United Kingdom, £10.00 for 24 hour UK delivery, £15.00 per order for Europe and £25.00 per order for other destinations. For orders outside of the UK, you are liable for any import duties and taxes that may be payable. Check out the full charges on our Delivery & Returns Page.

If you live in the UK or the Channel Islands, then you can choose up to 9 accessories and only pay £3.50 for the Standard Delivery (2-3 working days).

If your order consists of accessories and at least 1 pair of shoes, then you will need to pay for the normal Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - starting from £6.00 per order.

You will have to pay the full price starting from £10.00 if you require a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour (including Saturdays) delivery regardless of the content of your basket.

We aim to despatch your order the day after receipt of your order. We generally use Royal Mail tracked service, but from time to time we may use other reputable carriers to deliver your shoes to you. From experience we notice it can take them between 5 - 7 days to deliver depending on your location.

If you wish to receive your shoes quicker we can send the shoes by the Royal Mail next day service. This is not guaranteed. Please note that our goods despatch finishes on a Friday lunch time. Orders placed requesting the Royal Mail next day service after 10.00am on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. For more information please read our Delivery & Returns Page.

This service is only available for collection from our Head Office at Irchester Road, Rushden, NN10 9XF. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 48 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, then it won't be ready to collect until the Tuesday at the earliest.

Please note: if you place a collection order and then require your order to be delivered instead to an address of your choice then we will require payment of delivery before the order is despatched.

Sometimes Royal Mail and our other couriers are delayed, and you might not receive you order as per our conditions. If this is the case then firstly, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. In the meantime, please check with your local Post Office as delivery may have been attempted and they do not always leave a card.

Once 7 days have passed then please contact our customer services team on 01933 311077 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm) or email and we will do our best to help you.

If we have sent you the wrong item then we apologise for the mistake. Please complete the returns form provided with your order and send the goods back via the Post Office using the Free Returns label provided. We will then send out the correct item to you.

If we have sent you faulty or damaged goods then please complete the returns form sent with the order and send the goods back via the Post Office using the Free Returns label provided. Once inspected we will then send out a replacement item to you. We advise that you take photos of the fault or damage in case our Customer Service Team need to contact you.

To take payment for your order we use the services of a payment provider, who are approved by all the major UK acquiring banks. When you place your order, even though you key in your card details, all that is seen by DB Shoes Ltd are the last four digits of your card number.

Our payment providers employ the most sophisticated security measures to protect your personal details. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

We do share your details with our associate companies to enable us to deliver goods or market offers to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Examples of this are sharing your address with Royal Mail to deliver your goods, sending your information to our mailing house to send you the latest offer. All of these companies comply with the GDPR regulations. We do not share your information with any other 3rd party company for the purposes of them marketing to you.

If you do not wish this information to be passed on and used in this way, you have the option to indicate this at the time of creating your account details or requesting a catalogue.

We stock shoes in Variable fittings V, 2V and 6V. The V fitting covers an equivalent E-3E fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between E-3E (EEE). The 2V fitting covers an equivalent EE-4E fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between EE-4E (EEEE). The 6V fitting covers an equivalent 6E (EEEEEE) -8E (EEEEEEEE) fitting. The shoes can be adjusted by removing insoles or adjusting straps so the fitting can be varied between 6E-8E. We have made the use of the measuring chart as simple as possible.

Print off the measuring chart, ensuring your printer is set to the correct settings, and follow the clear instructions. The chart gives you a "guide" to your fitting. It can never be 100% accurate as you are measuring the circumference of your foot but it will certainly give you a very good indication.

Alternatively, use our online Fit Finder which will give you an indication of your size and fitting with only a few simple measurements.

We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate on our website and in our catalogue, but due to pictures being taken in different light conditions the colour of a shoe may vary from picture to picture. The most accurate colour representation will be the product image but please note that this can vary from monitor to monitor. If, when you receive the shoe the colour is not as anticipated please use our FREE returns service to return the shoes.

We appreciate no one likes paying more for their shoes than they have to. Compared to the High Street our shoes can sometimes seem expensive…. But so much more goes into them. We specialise in wide, deep fitting shoes only, developing the shoe from the start, investing in wider and deeper fitting lasts and sole moulds which are exclusively ours. We add specialist features such as, for example, cut off extensions straps and adding two removable insoles into the shoe. These add to the cost but ensure you get the “perfect fit” for your feet. If you are not happy with your shoes when they arrive, provided they have only been tried on a surface for initial fit and are unmarked, we will refund the full cost of the shoe. We are unable to refund the postage and packing charges. For further details please see our Delivery & Returns page.

If a shoe develops a manufacturing fault in wear we will replace the shoe (if still available), replace with an alternative shoe to your liking, or refund your money. We will also refund the cost of returning the shoe to us if posted within the United Kingdom.

Return shipping costs from outside of the UK and the risk of loss of all products are your responsibility until received by us. If you return an item from outside of the UK return shipping costs from outside the United Kingdom will not be reimbursed. Return duties and fees must be paid for by yourself and will not be reimbursed by us. Failure to pay the return duties and fees at the point of collection with the courier will mean that we will refuse delivery.

If you cancel your order in the circumstances set out above, we will refund the price of the Product (but not the initial postage and packaging costs) after any Products, which have been delivered to you, are returned to us. Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you paid by credit /debit card or otherwise by cheque.

From outside the UK please return your parcel to DB Wider Fit Shoes, Irchester Road, Rushden, NN10 9XF, United Kingdom.

Finding your size and fitting is not always easy when ordering footwear online or by mail-order.

We offer a free return service (UK only) via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe no matter how long it takes with no further postage costs to yourself, provided that the shoes being returned are unworn (except for initial fitting) and are unmarked.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace shoes or refund your money if the shoes have been worn outside or have been worn inside for any period of time.

Please note that if you decide to return shoes via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred.
