These are a bit like boats in terms of fit, but that's probably down to our measuring. We’ve got 4 lots of insoles in and they are still too big, but because we cut the straps to fit we can’t send them back. The boots are good quality though, and if we’d got the sizing right they’d have been brilliant.

Various medical conditions led me to buy shoes with a wider and deeper toe box. These shoes fit the bill perfectly, so much so that I have recently bought three pairs of wider shoes from this company. Currently one of each pair is away being built up to compensate for having one leg shorter than the other. The shoes are beautifully made, extremely comfortable and stylish, too. They are on the expensive side, hence 3 stars for value for money, which makes buying difficult in these straitened times.

Found it slightly difficult to put the shoe on but once it is on my foot moves around slightly. I think this is because I ordered a size larger than I needed because I had previously ordered a pair of lace-ups of the correct size and couldn't get them on.( The current shoe isn't a lace-up and has a velcro top.)I think I am finding the shoes a little uncomfortable because my feet move around inside them

For the first time in my adult life, I have a pair of shoes that fit!
I am unable to find shoes wide and deep enough on the high street culminating in buying shoes that are far too long for me. Too much shoe at the front means tripping on pavings or steps which, for an older person, is too dangerous.
Of course, I ordered a size too big at first because I couldn't believe I would get my foot into the correct size. The exchange process was very, very easy, no hassle and no worry.

A few months back I bought first pair of shoes that are good enough and very comfortable which I still use but with time passing it's heal is deteriorating so I bought this new pair of shoes with same size but different style. This new pair of Benny shoes are my one of worst purchase as it is wide every side of it and not only front of foot (toe). I used 2 sets of thick insoles to make it wearable but it is also not working. Wearing these shoes are something like a child wears his father’s shoes. I think there is some person in this company who is not checking quality (size wise) of product properly . Surely I will not recommend anyone to buy from wider fit shoes and I myself is also trying to find some other sellers.
