Mens Wide Fit Waterproof Walking Boots - Colorado 2

Very comfortable from day one! My pnly issue was that the leather needs to be saddle soaped or dubbined b4 exposure to wet weather. This is only my opinion but on 1st wear my sock was slightly damp. I have now carried this out and there has been NO further issue

Having suffered increasingly in recent years from feet badly affected by arthritis and a bunion, walking, which had formerly been a pleasure, became a misery. I became aware of DB Wider Fit Shoes via a health professional.
The Colorado 2 has had an extremely beneficial impact on my life. Pleasures that I had been resigned to losing now form a regular part of my life. The depth that exists between the sole and the upper together with the very wide 6V fitting mean that I can once more enjoy walking in the countryside with solid, well-made, waterproof boots. The improvement to my health and quality of life is immense.

I've worn these for quite a few 5 to 10 mile walks over the past few weeks. These have been the comfiest walking boots I have owned. It took a while to get the pleats of the bellows tongue positioned/folded in a comfortable position so they don't bother the top of my foot, but when that's right, walking for miles becomes a pleasure. A couple of small concerns though: 1. The heel rubber seemed to show initially show excessive wear after only maybe 10 miles of road walking, but the wear seems to have slowed now. 2. I can see a small gap where sole has come away from the leather where the shoe flexes at the ball of my foot during walking, but I'm hoping it's just a superficial problem at the edge, and that it doesn't get any worse.

I haven't worn them much yet but so far they seem excellent. I buy all my shoes from Wider Fit and am always very pleased with them.

Boots really good although I see that the heels on both are already starting to wear a little. It must be the way I walk as it happens on my trainers also. Thought because they were a bit more expensive and such a good fit that I would not see any were at heels so soon. Its just a little so will have to wait and see. Good boots thou6
