DB Shoes wins 2019 Comfort/Wellness brand of the year for the second time!
DB Wider Fit Shoes, the noted UK manufacturer and supplier of wide fitting footwear (E-8E fittings), have been named winners, once again, of the coveted, Comfort & Wellness Brand of the Year award, presented by the Footwear Industry Awards. Winners in 2017 and now again in 2019, DB Wider Fit shoes have firmly established their reputation as the premier wide-fitting shoe brand in the UK today.
The award is testament to the comfort of their footwear range, their excellent customer service and the loyalty of their customers. Fighting off tough competition in this year's event, they were also short listed in the 'Brand of the Year', and 'Export Brand of the Year' award categories, and in addition, members of the DB staff were both nominated and short listed for customer service awards. Sales Manager, Rosie Laker was voted 'Personality of the Year'.
DB Wider Fit Shoes are supported by a dedicated team of people - experienced craftsman who use a mixture of traditional skills and the latest robotic technology to produce a wide-fitting and extra wide-fitting range of shoes, boots, sandals and slippers that are stylish and comfortable, without sacrificing foot health. Several of their shoe styles are ideal for diabetes sufferers, due to a seam free toe box and side panels. All of their shoes feature removable, leather insoles for the insertion of orthotics.
DB are supported by many loyal, retail stockists who have helped them to build the brand throughout the years.
Managing Director, Charles Denton stated, "We are delighted to be recognised with the award again in 2019. It attests to how hard all of our employees have worked, to achieve products of which we are truly proud".
A large proportion of the footwear range carries the 'Healthy Footwear Guide' logo denoting which styles of footwear provide long-term benefits to the wearers' well-being. https://www.healthy-footwear-guide.com.
