Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Customer Comment: Bought these boots a different size ( just in time for the snow) as replacement for the same style and colour last year. Last year's pair had been very comfortable but the moulded unit sole had worn down quickly in the toe area. This pair was generally a good fit and fitted better around the ankle area. However I did n't think the leather was as good a quality as last years pair with a harder texture and no sheen to the leather. As they were in the sale at a good price I decided to buy them and with regular polishing the leather texture and sheen has improved. -

Customer Comment: This is a really nice looking boot. It feels like a quality shoe, well made and not frumpy in the slightest!
The fit is a little snug, although much better if I take the insole out. However, that is to do with my naff feet, not the sizing of the shoe (it's just a case that the 4e widths can be a bit big for me, so I thought I would try the v width instead!).

Customer Comment: A plain Chelsea boot with a wide enough fit at last!
I'd prefer a thicker sole and slightly higher heel but this is the standard model from which many styles are made.. Likewise the plain front. I'd prefer a patterned front rather than plain which would at least help to disguise the wide fit. Again, a Standard from which many styles are made. The boot has a nice high ankle and zips both sides. This suits me but would be completely unsuitable for those with swollen ankles as they do zip tight to the ankle and lower leg. This is good for me as in the past, I've had boot ankles far too wide for me presumably to accommodate people with swollen feet and ankles. -

Customer Comment: Lovely boots, but you need to know they are nubuck not leather, which wasn't clear to me at all from the pictures and description. I like them, so haven't returned them, and they are very comfortable and stylish. But you will need nubuck cleaner to look after these.
