We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: Width of shoe excellent first shoe in years to fit me comfortably, BUT the stiffener on the back of the heel is TOO stiff and rubs my heels making them sore. Had to but wadding in to wear them. Not very good really. A softer one is needed. -

Customer Comment: These are fine, but I had to send back 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit, and because of sleight of hand in their returns/exchange policy the cost of postage wasn't covered, so instead of two pairs of well fitting shoes I received this pair and 84p! -
