This is the third pair of slippers in the same style I have bought from DB shoes. In both the previous pairs the velcro failed while the sole and upper were still in mint condition. It became impossible to wear them as they 'fell off' which was particularly dangerous on the stairs. That is why I have given only 4 stars for performance in wear even though the current pair are still new. The slippers are comfortable and sturdy which is why I have continued to buy them. Expensive but worth the price for me.
