We offer a FREE returns service for deliveries to an UK address only, via Royal Mail, enabling you to select the correct fitting shoe, no matter how long it takes, with no further postage costs to yourself. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as failure to do so will result in you being liable to us for the cost of the product and postage if it is not delivered back to us. Please note that if you decide to return your purchases via another service we cannot refund the charges incurred. Shoes sent back from outside the UK have to be returned at the sender's expense.

Customer Comment: I have found these very comfortable and supportive, I do wear them during the day like a slipper which is why I needed the thinner sole easier to walk on my carpet.
The heel is good height too for the high arch in my foot. -

Customer Comment: They are so good, I ordered another two pairs. The adjustable straps make them so comfortable as although I am only a size 3 I do need a wide fitting which most small sizes do not have and my feet are inclined to swell in the hot weather so making adjustment is so easy. Please more like this in the future! -

I was so pleased to find something that fits me, is attractive and has a heel I can walk with. It took a few times of ordering and returning but I am very pleased with the quality of the shoes, colour and comfortable fit. -
