I absolutely love these shoes, I have finally achieved my goal of finding a pair of pretty shoes that are wide enough, and I can get my foot into easily, and which have a deep enough toe box to accommodate my hammered toes, but also don't advertise my condition the way hospital orthotics tend to do. I can't explain how that feels, but I am really happy. The quality is excellent, very robust, which it needs to be, very strong, the fit is excellent, lots of room, no crushing of toes, I did have to go up a size, but now they're excellent. The shoes are wearing well, still looking fresh, not looking tired or worn as yet. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

I liked the style of the shoe, a cross between a boot and trainer. They were comfortable indoors, but once worn outside, they were uncomfortable as my toes hit against the front of the shoe. Probably too wide a fit. I wear orthotics, and did a lot of trials with and without the removable insoles, which I liked the idea of. The material is soft and the shoes have a lot of give. Probably very comfortable with the right fit. If I had not worn them outside, I would have returned them.

These boots are for my daughter who wears orthotic splints and because of this is an adult size 6. These are wide enough to accommodate her splint and give her adequate support around the ankle. Also the zip means she can put them on herself as she finds shoelaces difficult due to other physical problems. They look fairly trendy which is important for a teenager. They last fairly well although I have just purchased another pair as where the splint is pushing into the side I can see it is making a small hole, but that is a common problem with wearing orthotics. The only downside is that they are very expensive.

The boots were aOK but the way the shoes were package for delivery was awful. Usually when the shoes come if they need to be returned the package box is reusable but this delivery was in blue plastic and therefore unusable once the shoe box had been taken out, I would have needed to go out and purchase another box to return the shoes.It was was obvious that the shoes were a returned item as the packaging in the shoes was awful. Not what I have come to expect from DB shoes.
