Suitable for indoors, house to car to shopping mall or tall lady tea dancing, Sole is slender, my pair is unsuitable on gravelly pavements and insoles help but considering extra outer layers from cobbler. Value good in sale but I had hoped for general outdoor well ventilated walks.

This shoe looks good - smart for work, but cool for summer. However, it dug into and cut my foot on one side the first time I wore it. I'm not sure why, but it seemed to be the way the punched-out leather gathered over my big toe on that side. It wasn’t tight, so it was hard to figure out why it would do that on one side. I am hoping that wear with socks later in the year will allow the shoe to adjust to my foot shape more comfortably.

This shoe is extremely cool in hot weather. The upper is very soft and it is absolutely perfect for work, visiting friends and trips to pubs, restaurants and the cinema. It is not a hard wearing shoe; for me it is less comfortable for walking in the park and walking around the shops in town, and the heel wears down on gritted surfaces. But I would definitely recommend if you're looking a shoe to keep your feet cool and cover them up at the same time.

Ordered my usual professionally measured size 7/6E but they were enormous. Had to order other sizes to try and ended up getting them in a 6 width 4e. Customer service very helpful and my feet are tricky because they are different lengths because of an operation, need orthotic insoles are wide but not at all swollen. As usual, returns and reorder straightforward.
