I purchased these first and being so pleased with them went on to order another pair in black. Great value at the sale price and worth every penny for the degree of comfort given and classy style. Having shrunk a bit in my latter years it’s nice to reach the higher cupboards with the extra bit of heel. I am ok with these whereas anything higher would be out of the question nowadays.

The boot came with an insole and I did need it, however it was very flimsy and didn't fit the boot properly, kept scrunching up and slipping done into the toe well - I haven't worn them much as I have to get round to getting a cut to size insole myself to ensure a snug fit

The Carrie demi-boot was comfortable from the first wearing. I have only worn them once to my nephew's wedding and they were comfortable all day. An added bonus they looked smart as well. They are slightly darker in colour than on the website, more taupe than pearl but it wasn't a problem. I got 20% off the price, in all a good buy.
