    I LIKE THIS STYLE OF BOOT BUT AT THE MOMENT THE FRONT IS RUBBING AGAINST MY CALF AT THE FRONT AND CAUSING THE SKIN TO DIE. COULD YOU MAKE THEM WIDER AT THE ANKLE?

    Thank goodness at last a shoe that fits! I have a high arch, wide feet and a size 8 and being plus size need the room around my ankles/legs. These boots are perfect for going somewhere a little special. I would love to see a range of designs suited to 30s/40s age because this will definitely be my first place to look gpt shoes in future.

    I have a EE width foot and these boots fitted beautifully. When I first saw them I didn't think they would be wide enough but the double zip made all the difference for my wide and high arched feet to be able to put them on. The choice of 2 insoles was a great idea. These are very good looking boots and fashionable. They make my feet look narrower too but I have no discomfort with the width.

    I am very happy with these boots - they are wide enough at the ankle (unlike the last two styles of boot purchased from this website) and comfy enough for 5 hours of standing and dancing at an outdoor wedding on the first wear.
    If I could improve one thing, and this applies to most of my Wider Fit Shoes purchases not just this one, it would be to increase the thickness of the sole as I generally find the soles to be on the thin side. Yes the dual insoles help but a thicker outer sole would be better in my opinion.
    These boots are stylish, easy to wear and a lovely addition to my collection.

    I have been unable to buy any boots that are comfortable to wear because of my swollen ankles and high instep. These boots fit me perfectly and additionally I am able to wear them all day.     These are lovely boots and very soft around the ankle area which allows me to do them up. I suffer from lymphodeama and although I find many designs wide enough and deep enough, around the ankke area is still too tight. Very pleased with this item.

    Very nice boots but as I have very wide ankles I have to put them on in the morning for them to fit even if going out later in the day. Box label says 6E label on boot says 2V. After a short time wearing them my toes were feeling squashed.

    mosaic and badminton are best fitting shoes evet owned so comfortable very smart compared to most wide fitting shoes I have 5 pairs various pattterns.
    Winton to narrow around the ankle I have a wide fitting high instep and it only fits if I do not fated zip all way up.
    Nearest I have got to a pair of boots.in over 60 years !!!

    I adore these boots, I could really have done with the 6E but they only come in the plain black - who is going to buy the plain ones when they can have the pretty ones?? Please do both in the wider fit next time you have these type of designs. Just because I need the wider fit should not relegate me to plain boring black shoes and boots!! I am not that old in style even if the years are adding up!

    They are a tiny bit tight on the ankles and bunions but I can get away with it due to the stretch.

    Too early to comment on how they wear but never had any problem with any shoes from Wider Fit in this regard.

    I am very pleased with the boots and I will most certainly be a regular customer. The only thing I have noted is that though the actual size is correct (6.5) the width of the boot for my right foot is just a little tighter than I would like, and rubs a little. But I am hoping that being one of the 'stretch to fit' boots this will ease a little in time. The only other problem I've faced is that my boots keep wanting to drag my socks from my feet so I constantly pull them back on or have to wear tights or similar to stop this.
