    These were initially comfortable boots and the right size, but as I continued to wear them they stretched and the heel rubbed. But the main problem was that I couldn't get the single strap of velcro to go any tighter.

    I have found these boots very comfortable to wear and easy to fasten because they have velcro fastenings. As I seem to have one slightly wider foot I could remove the inserts from that boot and leave them in the remaining boot.
