Bought these for my aunt for her birthday. She loves them and already looking to buy another pair. When I bought the first pair, I ordered the wrong size, the exchange was very smooth but what was even better was the customer service. Tracey called to advise that the original pair is sold out but gave me good advice and recommendation for a similar pair. My auntie actually preferred the second pair. Since then I bought a pair for myself, I had to call to ask a few questions and the customer service at DB shoes has yet again been outstanding. An excellent fit for my wide feet with a couple of problems. I have to take the insoles out and the actual shoe sole is so flimsy I can feel every stone, every bit of pavement. For me the actual sole should be padded like Bombay which I have also bought
The straps are too long for me but the elastication means I can double it and thereby shorten the sole, so that is a good point..

The fit is very extremely in consistent, so I have to buy insoles for most. Some times the size is ok but more often than not I have to return them. If I order what appears to be the same shoe, quite often it is a completely different fit.
However, they mostly last well and are fairly good quality.
