Welcome to the launch of our brand new website. Whilst our previous website served us well for many years, technology has moved on and it is time for an update.

We believe our new site makes it much easier to find the perfect fit for your feet, through easier navigation and improved product information, to help guide you to the right shoes for you.

New features to look out for:
We’ve kept the best bits from the old site but added some brand-new features that we think will be a real improvement to your shopping experience:

The new website will also resolve any payment problems that some customers have had in paying by card on our old website.

Finding your Perfect Fit with our Fit Finder.

Finding your correct size and fit can be tricky, especially if you don’t have a catalogue or measuring chart to hand. Now simply grab a tape measure, a blank piece of paper and a pencil and follow our video measuring guide to determine your foot length and width in mm, enter those measurements into our Fit Finder and discover your shoe size and fitting.

Don’t worry, our free postage on exchange or returns policy remains in place so, if it’s not right first time, simply exchange for a different size, width, or style.

Better Product Information.

There are so many factors to consider when choosing the best shoes for wide, deep or problem feet so our new website is full of useful information on things like toe shapes, fastenings, upper and sole materials and other aspects of shoe design that should help you make the right choice.

You’ll also find tips from our customer services team as to whether a style fits big or small, narrow or wide, based on the experience of other customers.

Improved filters.
Get to the products you need straight away for a streamlined shopping experience.
Once you know the features you should be looking for in a shoe, simply use the clever filters to find shoes with the features you need.

You can now filter by category, size, fastening, price, medical condition, product features, toe shape and colour. No more scrolling through lots of unsuitable shoes.

More suggestions.
It may not always be possible to find the exact shoe you wanted in your size, fitting and colour. In that case our website will provide additional suggestions that are similar to the shoe you were looking for. More information means better choices.

It’s not ALL change!
Whilst we’re excited about the new features outlined above, it’s also important to reassure you that some of our most popular features have been kept, making life easier for you.

Wide range of wider fitting shoes for men and women.
We still have one of the most extensive ranges of wide and extra-wide fitting shoes in the UK and we think the new website allows us to share them with you in the best way possible.

VAT exemption. If you require our widest fittings and have a qualifying medical condition, you can still benefit from VAT exemption, just as before.

Free shipping on returns and exchanges. Our popular free postage on exchanges or returns policy is still in place so that we can work together to find the right shoe for you.

Find a retailer page. If you would prefer to see someone in person, our find a retailer page will help you find the DB Wider Fit Shoes stockist closest to you.

Request a catalogue. You can still request a free catalogue or to view it online.

The change-over process
We believe that our new website offers a much simpler way to find, learn about and buy our footwear, but we understand that, like all new things, it may take some getting used to.

Sometimes, when a website changes, it can take some time to learn how to do something you used to do with ease on the old site.

Should you have any difficulty with our new website, our customer services team are here to help with any query you may have, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, so please do give us a call!

If you have placed an order on the old website but need to return the shoes, don’t worry, we will still be able to process your refund as normal.

Your order history also remains, just in case you need a reminder of your previous DB Wider Fit Shoes purchases.

Please note that it is no longer possible to pre-order shoes that are out of stock but expected to be back in stock in the future. In the instance that an item is out of stock, with a future expected delivery date, we’ll keep you informed as to when that style is ready to order, but it will no longer be possible to place a pre-order.
