Purchased these shoes as an exchange and I'm so glad I did! I find the look of the shoe and the fit, to be absolutely perfect. I have a high instep and can't even fasten some shoes, but the double strapping on this shoe gives a lot of options. This shoe also suited my sometimes swollen feet with a really good depth. This is without removing any insoles that I have had to do with other shoes. The back is supportive without rubbing into the heel - a real bonus when the ankles swell! Another bonus was buying in the sale and if you love red then you'll love the colour of the these shoes, being not too garish, but a subtle shade which will suit many coloured oufits. Can't wait to get my purchased black pair, when stock comes back in, as I needed to replace my my most beloved old comfortable shoes when they just literally fell apart as I wore them! (Not DB shoes, I add!). Thanks DB Shoes for coming to the rescue. I'm so glad to have found your website when looking for wide fit shoes for a wedding. When your feet start to change as you get older, to find shoes that fit the whims of various foot conditions and weather changes, I can't help but praise the staff at DB and your return/exchange policy - thank you.

The shoes were bought for my elderly mother with severe oedema. Immediately, she commented on the comfort and style of the shoe and how easy they were to walk in. The width is a perfect fit. Watching her walk, there is a slight slip at the heel suggesting that they are fractionally too big but half sizes are not available and it does not concern the wearer. The quality of the shoe and the service from DB wider fit shoes is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
