Good quality shoe. For some reason the online fit finder would not provide a size after submitting my measurements so I had online chat with an agent who suggested size 6, 2V. After wearing a couple of times I realised they were a little slack and my heels were slipping out a little. I changed to thicker socks so I can manage ok but next time I order I will try size 5 1/2. Overall I am pleased with the service and quality of the shoes.
